Durabuilt Windows & Doors offers one of the best warranties in the industry, including a two year limited warranty on skilled labour required to repair unforeseen product defects. Please see our online warranty overview to review what this includes.
In order to redeem your warranty and labour coverage, please note that we will require proof of purchase prior to booking any service call. If you require assistance in identifying your policy number/proof of purchase, please contact your Durabuilt Sales Associate to book a service call. When contacting the service department directly, you will need to have your receipt and Durabuilt paperwork readily available.

To ensure we are able to properly diagnose the issue you are experiencing, we will also require details on the product and your policy including:
- Name, address, phone (original customer or builder information)
- Window or door type
- Year product was purchased and installed
- Was it professionally installed by Durabuilt
- Window location on the home
- Detailed description of the problem
Please note that service calls, not covered under your two year limited labour warranty, will be charged at a rate of $105.00 per hour. Service repairs that fall outside of the parameters of your product warranty will also be billed to the consumer directly at the same rate.
