EDUCATION and TRAINING:

DEPARTMENT: Branch Sales Support
REPORTING TO: Branch Sales Manager

EDUCATION and TRAINING:

  • Two years Business Admin Support Certificate
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Working knowledge of accounting software
  • 3 to 5 years progressively responsible Administrative/Order desk experience
  • Some experience in the construction, renovations or installations industry will be considered an asset
POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for inside sales support, which will include but not be limited to processing and coordination of orders, office administration and customer service
  • Assist with all Brach accounting processes
  • Warehouse duties may be required on an as need basis, proven physical ability to do heavy lifting required

GRAPHIC DESIGNER/WEB DEVELOPER EDMONTON

EDUCATION and TRAINING:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Graphic Arts from an accredited institute combined with two plus years related work experience
  • Exceptional experience in applying graphic design principles to produce innovative, corporate print and web materials
  • Must have a working knowledge of PHP web development and Flash
  • Advanced level Adobe Creative Suite 3 experience on a PC platform
  • Diverse portfolio of online and print development experience
  • Ability to multi-task and constantly prioritize in a fast-paced industry
  • Positive, can-do attitude and strong sense of accountability
  • Creative eye and innovative thinker
  • Background in construction or retail merchandising is an asset
POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Manage regular updates, reporting and back-up of website
  • Assist in the creation of an annual website plan and update schedule
  • Conceptualize and design print collateral materials including catalogues, advertisements and flyers
  • Provide design concepts for in-store displays, signage and other POS materials
  • Develop electronic news letters, catalogue platforms and training tools

SERVICE TECHNICIANS EDMONTON
DEPARTMENT: Service
REPORTING TO: Service Manager

EDUCATION and TRAINING:

  • 3 or more years experience in the window, or construction industry
  • You must have a clean Class 5 Drivers Abstract
POSITION SUMMARY:
  • You will be required to complete on-site service; which will include but may not be limited to, repairs, glazing and related paperwork
  • Be physically fit as some heavy lifting will be required
  • A mechanical aptitude, team player, proven tack record of good communication and customer service skills will be considered valuable assets

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN EDMONTON
DEPARTMENT: Maintenance
REPORTING TO: Maintenance Manager

EDUCATION and TRAINING:

  • Red Seal or other similar accreditation from recognized institute
  • 3 to 5 years of progressively responsible related manufacturing maintenance experience
POSITION SUMMARY:
  • You will be responsible for the Maintenance Repair Systems along with preventative and predictive programs for CNC & NC machines
  • You will have a thorough working knowledge of utility equipment, transformers, air compressors, HVAC, O/H Canes, control panels and PLC a must
  • You will also ensure that appropriate maintenance inventory levels are maintained to minimize costs associated with over stock while maximizing uptime
