Renovation Sales Consultant DB-1201-RS - Edmonton, AB

The Renovation Sales Consultant will work within the sales and support teams for the achievement of sales quotas, customer satisfaction, and achievement of company goals. Will develop revenue generation through creation and nurturing of sales leads, initiations of prospect calls and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing customers. Integrity, vision, professionalism and passion are key components of this position.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Prospecting for potential new opportunities, generating quotes for prospective customers and successfully closing projects
  • Proven skills in direct selling to end users
  • Demonstrate technical selling skills and product knowledge
  • Ability to work independently by prospecting customers through visits to their homes, set up and deliver sales presentations , product/service demonstrations and other sales actions
  • Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking and convert them into sales
  • Handle inbound unsolicited prospect calls and convert them to sales
  • Investigate and trouble shoot customer service issues

Qualifications / Training:

  • Three to Five years outside sales experience, preferably in the window and door with knowledge in the construction industry
  • Accredited diploma in business and/or related field along with post-secondary training in sales
  • 2 to 3 years in commission sales, preferred in a relationship with the builder or business   to business environment
  • Experience in the construction industry will be considered an asset
  • Must possess superior organizational, time management and excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Description

The Sales Manager-Edmonton is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities within Edmonton area.

Develops and leads sales team towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company’s objectives.

Establishes business plans and sales strategies to expand and nurture the market share in Edmonton area.

Reports to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities

Works in coordination with management and operations to ensure that sales activities support the strategic objectives of the company.

Maintain and Improve customer service standards.

Establish business plans, budgeting, forecasting and monitoring sales targets.

Window and Doors Service Technician - Saskatoon

Our Service Technicians are experienced in construction, repairs, and installations of windows and doors. They are mechanically inclined, have a clean and valid driver's license and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Position Summary:

Durabuilt Windows is one of the top 100 manufacturers of windows and doors in North America. We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our Service Department in Edmonton as Assistant Service Manager.

The Assistant Service Manager is responsible managing the daily operations of the Service Department, directing and supporting the work of Service Technicians, Service Clerks and ensuring the complete satisfaction of our customers and their service experience. The incumbent will have significant experience in windows and doors and/or construction and be able to successfully troubleshoot complex customer service issues.

Job Requirements and Duties:

Minimum 5 years construction experience

Strong customer service skills

Past management and leadership experience

Able to create and support processes to support feedback from service to production

Effective presentation skills, excellent written and oral communication skills

Window & door service experience is considered an asset

Qualifications / Training:

Problem solving and interpersonal skills

Past experience working in customer service

Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.

Highly self motivated and creative problem solver

Attention to detail.

Office and Field work will be 80/20
